Propayly uses AI to assist with tasks such as job description parsing, invoice and quotation creation, customer communication drafts, payment reminders, expense extraction, cash-flow insights, and natural-language search. This page explains what AI does — and does not do — in the product.

AI may make mistakes

AI output may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. You must review important information before sending it to a customer or relying on it for records, taxes, or payments.

You stay in control

AI does not independently:

• transfer money or issue refunds;
• change payment status or mark invoices as paid;
• send financial communications (invoices, receipts, reminders) to your customers;
• alter financial records;

without your appropriate authorization and confirmation. AI-generated invoices and messages are drafts until you review and explicitly send them.

Payment status is verified, not assumed

Propayly never claims a customer has paid unless the connected payment provider confirms the payment. AI will not fabricate transaction IDs, receipts, or payment status.

AI-generated insights are informational, not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for matters requiring expertise.

Data & AI processing

To power AI features, Propayly may send the text, files, and job descriptions you provide to AI processing services. We limit what is sent to what is needed for the feature you are using.
