Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 10, 2026
Propayly (“we”, “us”) provides a job-to-cash assistant that helps service professionals create invoices and estimates, collect payments, and track cash flow. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Propayly, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account & business information: your name, email, business name, industry, contact details, and branding you provide (logo, colors, invoice footer).
- Customer records: contact details and notes you enter for your customers — names, emails, phone numbers, and addresses used on invoices and receipts.
- Transaction data: invoice line items, totals, taxes, payment records, balances, and expenses you log in the app.
- Connected content: when you connect Google integrations (Gmail, Calendar, or Drive), we process only the content you authorize — for example, parsing emails to draft jobs, syncing scheduled jobs to your calendar, or backing up invoices to your Drive.
- Usage data: device, browser, and interaction information that helps us operate and improve the service.
How we use information
We use your information to maintain your account, generate invoices and estimates, process and record payments, send receipts and reminders, sync with the integrations you connect, power AI-assisted features such as job extraction and cash-flow insights, and communicate with you about your account.
Payment processing
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Propayly does not receive or store your customers’ full card numbers. Stripe handles card data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. When a payment succeeds, Stripe notifies us so we can record the payment and update the invoice.
Data sharing
We share information only as necessary to provide the service: with Stripe for payment processing, with Google for the integrations you connect, and with our infrastructure providers that host and secure the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention & security
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or export your business and customer data from within the app, or request deletion by contacting us. You can disconnect any third-party integration at any time to stop further data sharing.
Children’s privacy
Propayly is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will note the updated date above and notify you of material changes where appropriate.
