Terms of Service
Last updated: September 10, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Propayly, a job-to-cash assistant for service professionals. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Propayly helps you turn completed work into invoices and estimates, send payment links, record payments, track outstanding balances, and monitor cash flow. Some features are powered by AI and connected integrations; outputs should be reviewed before you send them to customers.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate business information and keep it current.
Acceptable use
You will use Propayly lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes. You will not misuse the service to send fraudulent invoices, misrepresent charges, or process payments for unlawful goods or services.
Payment processing & fees
Card payments are handled by Stripe subject to Stripe’s terms. Propayly facilitates creating invoices and recording payments but is not a payment institution. You are responsible for the pricing, taxes, and accuracy of invoices you issue. Stripe’s processing fees apply to card transactions and are set by Stripe, not Propayly.
Invoicing & collections
Propayly is a tool to help you invoice and track payments. Using the service does not guarantee that any invoice will be paid, and we are not a debt-collection agency. You remain responsible for following up with your customers.
Third-party integrations
When you connect services such as Google, Gmail, or Drive, your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. Propayly is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
Intellectual property
We grant you a limited, revocable license to use Propayly for your business while your account is active. You retain ownership of the business and customer data you enter.
Limitation of liability
Propayly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from unpaid invoices, payment disputes, or third-party service outages.
Termination
You can stop using Propayly at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that remain unpaid under your subscription.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Propayly operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions? Reach us through the Contact page.
